Designed to screen miners for respiratory diseases and educate them about how to protect their lungs. Conducting Free Spirometry exams to check lung functions for all miners and the their families.

Pulmonary & Respiratory Health

Workshops that teach workers how to identify and manage stress, both in the workplace and in their personal lives. Topics could include relaxation techniques, time management, and assertiveness training.

Mental Health

This workshop held run safety drills and establish safe practices, provide training, and integrate technology. Allocating resources strategically and developing adaptive disaster management strategies for all the miners.

Emergency Planning

The mining industry is full of eye hazards, including flying objects, chemicals, dust, and radiation. Eye safety and health  is important for all mining workers. We provide mining worker free eye visual acuity test or a field test at our Medical Health Camps.

Vision Health

NIHL is a serious condition & Audiometry is an important test for mining workers.

We help provide free screenings at our Medical Health Camps to identify hearing loss early, so that it can be treated and prevented from getting worse. 

Hearing Health

This camp teaches miners about the risks of musculoskeletal disorders and how to prevent them. It also provide miners with training on how to identify and correct workplace hazards.  Miners learn exercises that they can do at home to maintain their musculoskeletal health.

Muscular-skeletal Health

A workshop on Health Insurance management was conducted at the mines to suggest better health insurance coverage for miners & their families. Provided additional trainings on how to ascertain safety and security of the mining workers.

Insurance Plans & Policy

Learning from the international best practices and local communities to foster resilient approach towards disaster management. Develop and implement sustainability reporting systems that will track the progress of mining operations in terms of social, environmental, and economic impacts.
